2. After completion the above said process the Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.

a. To complete the above said process will take around 30 working days. The time frame could differ from state to state as well as the title of the document and the name of the University from where the Certificate or Document has been issued.

d. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page) of document or certificate holder is required.
e. Two recent color passport size photograph of document or certificate holder is required.
f. Photocopy of job offer letter is required.

Process 02: Alternate Process
1. Non-Educational Document or Certificate Legalization from Ecuador Embassy or Consulate, New Delhi
Process 01: Main Process
The Non-Educational Certificates or Documents issued from authorized Indian Authorities could be attested from Ecuador Embassy or Consulate as per the following process,
1. Firstly the Non-Educational Certificate or Document will be attested by the State Level Attestation Department / General Administrative Department (GAD) / Regional Attestation Center (RAC) e. i. the non-educational Certificate or Document will be attested from the Indian State's Attestation Department from where it has been issued. Process 01: Main Process
The Commercial Certificates or Documents issued from any Indian states could be attested from Ecuador Embassy or Consulate as per the following steps,
1. Firstly the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Chambers of Commerce.
2. After completion the above said process the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
3. Finally the Commercial Certificate or Document will be attested by the Ecuador Embassy or Consulate present in India.

b. Original Commercial Document or Certificate, which to be attested, is required.
c. A covering letter on the company's letter head with duly stamped and signed by the Authorized signatory of the company is required and the same to be saluted To, The Ecuador Embassy, New Delhi" stating the reason of attestation as well as the name of the Certificate or Documents, which to be attested.
